Thank you for your order. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your package will be sent 2-3 day Priority Mail unless shipped outside of the U.S. Depending on the size of your order, shipping fees will be tabulated at check-out. Shipping fees will include insurance for your exceptional & hand-crafted products.
RETURN POLICY
Please make your purchases thoughtfully. Due to the personal nature of these custom made self-care products, we are unable to accommodate returns. It is essential to skin test in a small area (i.e. throat or inner arm) any and all NovaBotanica products purchased with listed ingredients that are unfamiliar to you. If after 24 hours there is no negative reaction, you may proceed with product directions and use. Although we have never experienced adverse reactions with our products, we ask that you contact us (see contact page) immediately in the event of any discomfort. Of course, we will promptly issue a refund but we would like to know about your experience.
